Vacuum heat treatment

Providing strength to steel while achieving a beautiful silvery finish. Small lot support.

One of the features of our vacuum heat treatment is the ability to handle a wide variety of small lot sizes. By having both large and small furnaces, we achieve short delivery times even for diverse small lots. Since vacuum heat treatment is batch processing, urgent cases may incur additional costs due to the need to reserve the furnace exclusively. However, by utilizing vacuum furnaces of different sizes, we have established a system that can meet detailed heat treatment requests. ● Both our headquarters factory (in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and our Tohoku office (in Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) have vacuum heat treatment furnaces. ● We primarily focus on vacuum quenching and tempering, but we also offer other processes such as solution treatment, magnetic treatment, precipitation hardening, aging treatment, and vacuum carburizing quenching. ● At our factory, we mainly handle small to medium-sized items weighing from a few dozen grams to about 100 kg, and through our heat treatment network, we can accept a wide range of products. ● While we primarily work with steel, we also have many years of experience in heat treatment of stainless steel. We also accept test heat treatments for new materials.

High-frequency heat treatment

Partially harden. Optimal heat treatment with advanced technology.

Only the parts that require wear resistance can be hardened through surface hardening using electromagnetic induction. Due to rapid heating and rapid cooling, there is minimal oxidation and decarburization on the surface, and no thermal deformation occurs, resulting in excellent wear resistance. By changing the frequency, the depth of hardening can be adjusted, allowing for processing in a short time. Because very fast heating occurs, the know-how of skilled craftsmen is required. ● Heating coils suitable for the product shape are necessary. ● Detailed prior discussions will be conducted to perform heat treatment suitable for the material. ● Surface hardening allows the interior to remain as the original material while maintaining high toughness.
